What I Do
To combine my science and my wine passion with my deep curiosity for exploring nature, I created Oh My Grape! with the aim of never stopping the search and sharing my experiences with people who have similar concerns. At the same time, through this project I am given the opportunity to practice my science and share it in interactive and creative ways.
Wine Tastings
Together, we’ll explore a curated selection of wines, learn to identify aromas and tasting notes, and uncover the art of food and wine pairing.

Indigenous Varieties
Keep it local
You will find many wine regions in Greece. Most of them have several different foreign vine varieties on their vineyards, among the indigenous ones. Foreign varieties have been giving us so good vinifications for many decades, that some local varieties are almost or totally extincted!
Let’s keep it local and try with me some ancient Greek varieties! Some of them will be famous, others will be unknown, revived and rare and some others... just unique!

Natural Wealth
Greece is well known for its natural beauty and wealth. You will find high quality raw materials all around the country. It is the location of this country that is giving its uniqueness. The sea that is circling Greece from the most of its sides, the beautiful mountainous soils that are hugging along the country, the rivers and the lakes you can find and the mediterranean breeze: all the above conspire to give us a beautiful, blessed country, full of breathtaking places and land fertility.
This fertile, but so small country was capable to give birth to more than 300 -indigenous- grape varieties! My personal goal is to contribute to the promotion of as many of them as possible.
